I started taking creatine some 2 months ago. I began with ON brand but of late, I have starting to loathe their products due to that sickly chemically sweetness. The unflavored one might feel weird to drink but I started adding couple of tablespoons of Greek yogurt with some sugar and water. This creates a refreshing indian drink called lassi. I look forward to drinking this every morning! The benefits are nice- can certainly last longer in during workouts and I feel I recover much faster. The texture is kinda nice to feel, especially after drinking the poor quality ON creatine which was gritty and unpleasant. Totally recommend this!
